If I remember correctly, the artist is one Norman P. Rockwell. Ever heard of him? You should believe me, because this is the kind of thing I DEEFinitely know about. For sure.
Have I ever! I want to believe you but can't bring myself to do so. Rockwell has more of a clean / tighter stroke style. Plus if this was a Rockwell I feel like it would be findable on the ever so knowledgeable interweb.
