I apologize for my unexpected hiatus from the blog. But am glad I can at least say I was a little productive. Above are a couple pieces I did with a style I have been trying out. I have been playing with the idea for a couple months now. Feeling like a breakthrough was had over the weekend so going to roll with it... for now.

DIAMOND DUST

Wow! Artist Judith Braun is the creator of this wonderful mural. She refers to her method as "fingerings" using fingers and fine powder ground from charcoal. Really amazing work! More here - Judith Braun.

PIXAR MINIMAL POSTERS

AMSTERDAM DRAWING

I will forever admire the architecture around The Netherlands. Some of the building tops in Amsterdam. Done with Faber-Castell artist pen (brush style marker) and 3 tones of gray Prismacolor markers.
